These Website Terms of Use explain the rules governing your use of our website and associated online services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you register for a Gigzzee account or use any of our services, including requesting early access to your earnings, separate Customer Terms and Conditions will also apply and will be presented to you before you use those services.
These Terms govern access to and use of the Gigzzee website, associated online services and any Gigzzee mobile application that expressly links to these Terms. By using the website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.
Gigzzee Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company Number 15599719) with its registered office at 5 London Road, Rainham, Gillingham, Kent, ME8 7RG. References to ‘Gigzzee’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean Gigzzee Ltd.
These Terms apply only to the website and related online content. Registration for a Gigzzee account, requesting early access to earnings, customer verification, drawdowns and payment services are governed by separate Customer Terms and Conditions.
You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information where requested.
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades and outages may occur.
Where you access Gigzzee through our mobile application, these Terms apply together with any app store terms and the applicable Customer Terms.

Thank you for choosing Gigzzee. Our aim is simple: to give eligible customers secure, transparent and flexible access to verified earnings before the normal payment date.
These Customer Terms & Conditions explain how the Gigzzee service works, the fees that may apply, your responsibilities, and Gigzzee’s responsibilities to you.
By accepting the Drawdown Terms within the Gigzzee App and requesting funds, you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms & Conditions.
These Customer Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gigzzee platform, including the Gigzzee mobile application, website, customer portal and related services.
They form a legally binding agreement between you and Gigzzee Ltd each time you access the Platform or request an Drawdown.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform or request an Drawdown.
Gigzzee provides a technology platform that enables eligible customers to request early access to verified Eligible Earnings before the normal payment date.
Gigzzee works with approved Operators, payment partners and technology providers to verify earnings information and facilitate the provision of Drawdowns.
Gigzzee may approve, decline, reduce, delay or cancel any Drawdown request at its discretion, taking into account eligibility, verification, fraud prevention, legal, regulatory, operational and commercial considerations.
Account means your registered Gigzzee customer account.
Charges means the fees and charges shown to you before you confirm an Drawdown.
Drawdown means your request for an Drawdown through the Gigzzee App.
Drawdown Terms means the transaction-specific terms shown to you before you confirm a Drawdown.
Drawdown means funds advanced by Gigzzee against your verified Eligible Earnings.
Eligible Earnings means earnings that Gigzzee determines may be available for an Drawdown based on information received from an Operator or approved Partner.
Operator means an organisation approved by Gigzzee that provides verified earnings information.
Platform means the Gigzzee mobile application, website, customer portal and related systems.
Privacy Policy means Gigzzee’s privacy policy as updated from time to time.
Services means the products, services and functionality made available by Gigzzee through the Platform.
You may only use Gigzzee if you are at least 18 years old, have capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement, have completed any required verification checks, have access to Eligible Earnings through a supported Operator, and comply with these Terms.
Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee that any Drawdown will be approved.
Gigzzee may apply additional eligibility criteria, transaction limits, fraud checks or risk assessments from time to time.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date, including your contact details and nominated bank account details.
You must keep your login details, one-time passcodes and any device authentication secure.
You must notify Gigzzee promptly if you believe your Account has been accessed without your permission or if your contact or bank details change.
Unless Gigzzee agrees otherwise, you may only hold one Gigzzee Account.
Gigzzee may carry out identity, fraud prevention and compliance checks before approving your Account or any Drawdown.
These checks may include electronic identity checks, document checks, bank account checks, sanctions screening, fraud screening and other verification procedures.
Gigzzee may request additional information where reasonably necessary. If verification cannot be completed, Gigzzee may refuse or suspend access to the Services.
You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not misuse the Platform, attempt to interfere with its security, create duplicate Accounts, impersonate another person, provide false information or use the Platform for fraudulent activity.
Gigzzee may update, improve, suspend or withdraw any feature of the Platform where reasonably necessary.
Eligible Earnings are amounts that Gigzzee determines may be available for an Drawdown based on information received from your supported Operator or an approved Partner.
Displaying Eligible Earnings does not guarantee approval of a Drawdown.
Eligible Earnings may increase or decrease due to updated information, deductions, corrections, adjustments, previous Drawdowns, repayments or revised information received from an Operator or Partner.
Gigzzee’s determination of Eligible Earnings and available Drawdown amounts is final unless an error is identified by Gigzzee.
All Drawdown requests must be initiated by you through the Gigzzee App.
Before confirming a Drawdown, the App will display the amount requested, applicable Charges, the amount to be repaid and any other material information relevant to the transaction.
By accepting the Drawdown Terms, you confirm that you understand and accept the transaction, including the applicable Charges and repayment obligation.
Each Drawdown is a separate transaction and a separate agreement between you and Gigzzee on the terms shown to you at the time of acceptance, together with these Customer Terms & Conditions.
Approval of any previous Drawdown does not create any entitlement or expectation that future requests will be approved.
Gigzzee is committed to transparent pricing. All applicable Charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm a Drawdown.
By proceeding with a Drawdown request, you agree to pay the Charges shown.
Gigzzee will not apply hidden or retrospective fees to an Drawdown you have already accepted.
Gigzzee may change its Charges from time to time. Revised Charges will apply only to future Drawdowns and will be shown before you accept the transaction.
Promotional pricing, fee reductions or other offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time unless expressly stated otherwise.
If your Drawdown is approved, Gigzzee will arrange payment to your verified nominated bank account.
Payment times shown in the App are estimates only and may be affected by banks, payment providers, Operator delays, technical issues, weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside Gigzzee’s reasonable control.
Gigzzee may delay, withhold or refuse payment where required for fraud prevention, compliance, legal, regulatory, operational or security reasons.
You are responsible for ensuring that your nominated bank account details are accurate and belong to you.
By accepting an Drawdown, you agree to repay Gigzzee the full amount due, including any applicable Charges.
You remain fully responsible for repayment regardless of any change to your personal, financial or other circumstances, your relationship with your Operator, or whether you continue to use the Platform.
Closing your Account, ceasing to use the Platform, changing your bank account or changing your linked Operator does not affect your obligation to repay any outstanding amounts.
Your repayment obligation continues until all amounts due to Gigzzee have been received in cleared funds.
If any amount remains unpaid after it becomes due, Gigzzee may contact you to seek repayment, request immediate payment, agree a repayment arrangement where appropriate, suspend further access to the Platform and take any lawful steps necessary to recover the outstanding balance.
Where appropriate, Gigzzee may instruct a third-party debt recovery agency or commence legal proceedings.
Where permitted by law, Gigzzee may seek recovery of court-awarded interest, legal costs, court fees and other recoverable expenses.
No delay or failure by Gigzzee to exercise any right shall prevent Gigzzee from exercising that right at a later date.
Any repayment arrangement is at Gigzzee’s discretion and does not waive Gigzzee’s right to recover the full outstanding balance.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information.
You agree to keep your Account secure, promptly update your personal and banking details, use the Platform only for lawful purposes and cooperate with Gigzzee where additional information is reasonably requested.
You must not submit false documents, manipulate earnings information, misuse promotions, create duplicate Accounts, allow someone else to use your Account, or attempt to access the Platform without authorisation.
Gigzzee may monitor transactions, devices, login activity, earnings information and other relevant information to detect fraud, misuse, security threats or unlawful activity.
Where Gigzzee reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, false information or unlawful activity, it may suspend your Account, delay or refuse payments, decline further Drawdowns, request further information, report matters to relevant authorities where required, and take any lawful action it considers appropriate.
Gigzzee may suspend or close your Account if you breach these Terms, fail verification checks, provide false or misleading information, misuse the Platform, fail to repay amounts due, or where required by law, regulation, security requirements or fraud prevention controls.
You may request closure of your Account at any time. Closure will not affect any repayment obligations or rights that arose before closure.
Suspension or closure of your Account does not release you from any obligation to repay outstanding amounts.
Gigzzee processes your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
By using the Platform, you agree that Gigzzee may process your information to provide the Services, verify your identity, assess eligibility, process Drawdowns, facilitate repayment, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve the Platform.
Gigzzee may share information with Operators, payment providers, verification providers, fraud prevention agencies, professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement agencies where necessary and lawful.

Gigzzee operates primarily as a digital service. You agree that Gigzzee may communicate with you by email, SMS, push notification, in-app message, telephone or through the Platform.
By selecting or ticking ‘I accept the Drawdown Terms’, tapping a confirmation button, using an OTP, using biometric authentication or otherwise confirming a transaction through the Platform, you provide electronic acceptance of the relevant terms.
Electronic acceptance recorded by Gigzzee may be relied upon as evidence of your agreement to these Terms, the Drawdown Terms and the relevant transaction details.
Gigzzee will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, Gigzzee shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, business interruption, delays caused by third parties, banking delays, Operator delays, technical failures outside Gigzzee’s reasonable control, or events beyond Gigzzee’s reasonable control.
You remain responsible for managing your own financial affairs and deciding whether an Drawdown is appropriate for you.
If you are dissatisfied with the Services, please contact Gigzzee Customer Support.
Gigzzee will investigate complaints fairly and aim to resolve them as quickly as reasonably possible.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have or any rights to complain to a regulator or dispute resolution body where applicable.
Gigzzee may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, product features, operational requirements, security requirements or business needs.
Where changes are material, Gigzzee will take reasonable steps to notify you.
Updated Terms will apply to future use of the Platform and future Drawdowns. They will not retrospectively alter the Charges for a Drawdown you have already accepted.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Gigzzee may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a business transfer, restructuring, refinancing or sale, provided your legal rights are not materially reduced.
These Terms, the Drawdown Terms and any documents expressly incorporated by reference form the agreement between you and Gigzzee in relation to your use of the Platform and Drawdowns.
These Customer Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
